Tripp Causey, President and Chief Consultant

Tripp Causey has successfully prepared and negotiated many types of GSA Schedule Contracts for over 13 years. Tripp manages all contract proposal and modification preparations, conducts client training programs, advises both VARs and Manufacturers, provides delivery order consultation and marketing services and negotiates proposal and schedule modifications. He has consulted clients on several non GSA special projects and proposals including management issues, proposal preparation, red team reviews, oral presentations and conducted FMS case price out analyses for multi-billion dollar foreign military equipment procurement programs.
Tripp has over 30 years combined military, civilian government, government contractor and private consulting experience, with 15 of those years in management, supervision and support of government projects. He has provided systems acquisition and procurement services, proposal management, program management, ADP/Telecommunications services, GFE acquisition, production line management, configuration management, logistics and financial management, and fleet support services to various agencies and companies. He also has 5 years of direct management experience with small and small disadvantaged (8a) businesses for delivery order type contracts, including the profit center responsibilities.
As a civilian employee Tripp served the Navy in various capacities of Program Management as the Deputy for Development of several aircraft programs for the Naval Air Systems Command.
Tripp has his Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and went on to complete graduate level coursework at the Defense Systems Management College, Program Managers Course and the Senior Executive Management Development Program, specializing in Government and Navy Policy and Management. Tripp also has a seminary certificate of Biblical Studies from Capital Bible Seminary.
Tripp Causey’s broad experience gives him a unique perspective in servicing PSI clients. He understands the realities of Government and corporate budgets and pricing issues and has thorough work experience been in the place of the Government customer, the service and product provider, as well as the procurement officers and negotiators at different times in his career. He also understands the dynamics of small and medium size companies and the politics of Large Business.
